1998 – Lets Have Some Fun

1998 saw a complete shift in terms of the style of show that the corps would perform. The members in the corps wanted to play certain pieces of music for a long time and so we did. The music selected was – Chicago III suite. Minuano and Birdland.

This year, along with 1997, saw many new young members join the corps who would be the backbone in future years to come. On the competition scene the corps placed 7th at DCUK finals, reaching the top flight for the 3rd year running. Also the corps participated at the World Showband Championships in London, gaining a Silver Medal.
