2008 – The dawn of a new Era.

After the many successes of 2007 the opportunities ahead for the organisation, Kidsgrove Scouts Drum & Bugle Corps, are extremely exciting as we enter into 2008.

The Senior Corps continues to go from strength to strength at a very rapid rate. The ethos and balance of rehearsal and family time seems to be a formula that is very popular with both staff, members, parents and family. Having said this, the quality of performance continues to increase with members and staff being well prepared when coming to rehearsals and very fresh and ready for the challenges ahead. The 2008 program is very exciting and promises to be a real hit with all aspects of the audience. With a larger corps to perform the show we want to leave the audience wishing for more at all times.

For 2008 the organisation will once again return to the Winterguard arena where the excitement here is at an all time high. To put out a high level guard as well alongside a high level drum corps is a great achievement in itself however the 2008 Winterguard production promises to bring us success in may areas, we are not just along for the ride…

The junior corps will continue to grow and develop in 2008 with new projects and direction’s, after it’s set up in 2007 it is now offering a wonderful introduction and experience into the world of Drum Corps.
